The black race has the most racial diversification since they were 1st before the splintering. Therefore after shades of black, (purple, yellow, cream, gray & etc undertones) evolved. Why did they behave racist between groupings & subGrps. Prejudice behavior appears 2be human.

"A psychological test is considered strong if it has a test-retest reliability of at least 0.7, and preferably over 0.8. Current studies have found the race IAT to have a test-retest reliability score of 0.44, while the IAT overall is around 0.5" And it's not valid either!

More or less true description. He signed up for a voluntary one day training class. Couldn't deal with face-to-face discussion with (probs female) colleagues and felt shamed. Spent the next month and change to write and circulate the passive-aggressive territorial pissing.

But if the iat test is not valid then what explains the fact that a consistently high percentage of people score as having bias against African Americans? Wouldn’t we expect the results to be random?

There's definitely a signal but we don't know what it means. The point is that the test doesn't correlate with actual discriminatory behaviour more that, for example, self report and has a low reproducibility. Could be reaction to novelty or similar.

How? What do we know to do to remediate biases? Is someone whose cognitive style or environments more prone to bias damned to extra self-effacement? No one deserves to be treated as lesser for what they cant control, but then no solution to that dynamic ought reimpose it, right?
