  So to be allowed to practice law you have to agree with either Template 1 or Template 2. Template 1 means signing on to "collective responsibility". Template 2 means that not only do you value diversity, but that you support it as a hiring "priority". Pick your orthodox poison

  While your proposed method IS an improvement, it still sits on the side of equality of outcome IMO as it doesn't take into account diverse factors like interest, ability, means, drive, etc..

  There was a good response here in London. Several lawyers (myself included) sent letters around the legal community to alert others to this. A bunch of us are meeting soon to consider next steps. Thanks for your letter too, Jordan!

  LSUC is a tyrant. They use a select group of token non-white puppets to do their bidding for stupid things like forcing us to speak the same language as the Benchers. They don’t properly consult lawyers on any issue.
