Clearly racist, homophobic and sexist. Everyone knows that crime is caused by guns, police brutality and militarization, and Trump. We need more money to fund private research as opposed to government research until we need more gov research to oppose private research. /sarc

I would expect some sort of pareto distribution. I don't know if I would expect sex crimes to have the exact same distribution as other forms of violent crimes -- especially when harassment is included.

I should point out that sexual harassment is not a crime, let alone a violent one. It's a civil matter.

I went to a lecture by a magistrate who told us that 80% of violent crime, including break-ins, are carried out by members of 5 extended families. That in a city with pop of ~200K.
