The courts are gone. Frankly it's a testament to the heroic character of certain individuals that anything of value gets done at all. Britain's violent crime rate was 1/50th of its present rate 100 years ago.

I mention Britain because I have the numbers. Similar things happened all over the G8. Whatever the courts are doing now, it's within 2% of not working at all.
