The Neo-Marxists have valid points. It's not logically invalid to view human experience (or all experience) as a power struggle. Their solutions of totalitarian govt. and censorship are bad, but privilege and propaganda are worth thinking about. Our current system is very flawed.

Good for you, you read a book. Have you noticed how effective their hammer is, and how they don't care what you say? For "stupid" people they certainly get a lot done. Maybe your sense of intellectual superiority isn't enough, and you need to do more than call them dumb.
