You can set “reply to email” easily It’s a built in feature to many emails.

Why do people hate themselves so much?

Change password, use a password manager, use 2 factor auth, if you already did call phone company and tell them people are trying to impersonate you. A hardware token based two factor authorization is the more secure and you should probably be using one to be honest.

Anybody else have access? Unfortunately even complex and passwords aren't a guarantee of safety anymore. Change it. Click any suspect links?

Do you have a record of that e-mail in your sent folder? If not, spoofing an e-mail address is fun and easy to do.
