Question for video experts. I'm using Evaer with Windows to capture Skype calls. But it's choppy. What's the best recording software for capture Skype video? Thanks.

Windows 10? If so, you could probably use the built-in game recorder. Win-key + G. You'll have to mark Skype as a Game, but it should be fairly low in resource usage.

Even better would be to pipe the feed out of an HDMI port to an external recorder. Then duplicate your display on that device.
