As an American lawyer, I will freely admit that there is an attitude we have some pseudo-aristocratic role in society.

This is more than hubris and virtue-signaling. Making the law a hostile environment for conservatives will reshape "justice" and society.

Keep the pressure on them

There are no longer slippery slopes, just dead drops into the abyss if you ask me.

Let's hope they back down, but even if they do, the fact that someone thought this was a good idea to begin with reveals a deep problem, one not easily solved..
