100's of millions of years of evolution is based on having offspring. to not have children goes against nature in every conceivable way.

The point is it's biologically rooted into us. That's what a sex drive is. It simply doesn't take the conscience form of desiring children

i'd say we're more wired to ensure survival of our own gene pool. mixing dna & rearing offspring has been a crucial survival strategy.

Many will only discover this wisdom after it's too late. When you reach the point of no return there are only regrets left.
