      My wife went to a top NE school. Her friends are now in their late 40's. There is deep regret among the "career" women who have forgone families. It seems to be a personal tragedy that is hard to anticipate

      IVF for older women costs a fortune and lead to heartbreak when the procedures are unsuccessful. I hear of a VERY high failure rate.
