        I don't think it offsets the loss of the northern glacier sheets though, so overall total ice is going down

        And I'm not saying that ice loss is necessarily bad, I don't know if it is or isn't. We're coming out of an ice age so it's inevitable imo

        And this is why the narrative switched from Global Warming to Climate Change. Especially since the earlier narrative was Global Cooling.

        It hasn´t switched, and global cooling was never anywhere near consensus. Read the scientific papers from the time, not Newsweek and Times.

        An increase in 'ice mass' ? That has to be fake news. Scientists couldn't possibly have an agenda.

        It´s not that it´s fake news, but it´s been known for a long time and only has a relatively small effect on global loss of ice mass.
