How can you say "We have all said problematic claims" is badly written?

"The spirit of free speech is to protect the suppressed." So wrong. The idea of free speech has been twisted to the point its unrecognizable

"Wellesley is not a place for racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia..." I'll never understand why Islam is its own protected class

Yikes, this is so badly written it has actually increased my cynicism. Absolutely abominable both grammatically and ideologically.

The line between hate speech and problematic speech is hard to define and pinpoint. To be categorical is to be blind of such nuances.

War is Peace! Freedom is Slavery! Ignorance is Strength! That's basically what we're reading here.

It's tripe. Nothing more, nothing less. Looking for perceived phobia and hate is not hard if not agreeing with you is phobia and hate.

Speech is a heavily-boiling pot and @Wellesley is learning what happens when you try to force a lid on top of it.
