  I grew up in AB and just don't buy into the 'the east is screwing the west' mantra that has been going on 40 years+ now. Justin is the new villain in this victim story. Moe is posturing like AB premiers have and it only makes things worse, just get on with moving forward.

  I've seen that this happens in Canada. Individual provinces talk tough at times for political and/or economic gain. Cyclical. When times are good, it's time to renegotiate. When less good, we're all in this together.
