Agreed. Those of us who aren't vaccinated aren't permitted to board a plane even if our country of destination doesn't require vaccination to enter.

Many countries will not allow travelers to board a flight destined for their territory without the PCR test. Not sure this is where to focus energy.

I think this will help families like mine who frequently take day trips to upstate new york from ottawa. we're all vaccinated, but forcing us to pay nearly 150$ for a PCR test to get back into Canada is a little absurd.

Since the FDA removed approval of PCR test in August (effective Dec 31) due to them being inappropriate tools (not accurate) - it’s hardly progress.
