A scientist claiming 100% impossible. Sounds ideological. Maybe, just maybe, countries with high vaccination rates are loosening restrictions and people are being willy nilly with precautions. Also, why do cases matter if people are not getting sent to the ICU?

Hard to say. Addiction pits the brain against the brain. Cancer pits body against body. Lots of moving parts underneath that, but at a high level, I think that's what's going on.
