If it wasn't a bunch of blank checks to companies that'll mysteriously go bankrupt in 2.5 years like the past infrastructure deals than I'd be more hopeful. Accountability goes a long way.

My concern is that the govt will mismanage this and the end result, like usual, is that doing nothing would have been a better course. “The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help.”
