Diversity of thought ought to be the aim. Diversity in our current system is currently undefinable. I asked recently, “what is diversity?” The definition of what it was, and what it wasn’t was shocking.

Then, you must hire predicated on diversity. Shouldn’t it be competence, or did I miss something? What team that is competent wants an incompetent employee, in the name of diversity?
