It's not the hospitalization rate we should emphasize, but rather the hospital occupancy rates. Ultimately, our ability to treat patients is the concern.

That's a red herring, Doctor. Richard doesn't suggest we ignore the risk of overreach. He just says we have to be members of society. Respond to that - don't hyperbolize it and respond to that version.
