Social inequality is the big problem. If the US had a functioning welfare system the antecedents would not have been such a fertile ground. Also rampant gun ownership...but that horse has well and truly bolted

abolishing the fed is the answer to social inequality, not a welfare state. the war on drugs has more to do with gun violence than gun ownership.

I don't mean this with any sense of ignorance, sound disrespectful or hurtful. But is the US or others ever going to address the violence, shootings & homicides that are prevelant in the majority of areas that are majority black people. It's literally like an epidemic.
