I have found that if you intend to make this a habit, it is important to learn how to say "I don't know."
"It's unbelievably adventurous to only say what you think is true right there and then, to be in that moment, and to have decided that there's no agenda, "I'm just going to say what I think, regardless of the consequences."

I don't think so. Your truth is not objective truth. TRUTH - is that something is true no matter the moment. The problem w/ Doc Peterson's statement here is that the ignorant will insist that the thing they perceive is true is objective reality and it actually may or may not be.
