As a former LA area grant writer, I saw this unfolding. Foundations would ask for gender and race stats "for internal purposes only." A youth sports director told me they stopped receiving grants because they served mostly white kids. They were in a poor white area.

Not one of these 'charities' of curbing bias will change anything for anyone for the better. It doesn't address poverty, housing, food insecurity, literacy or education funding. It will do nothing to solve the deeper problems we face in this country. It lacks any real value.
