how does one go about coordinating a mob ? -
Not much can be coordinated but 1 can inspire and provide imagery and speech which may lead to incitement. 1 can rile a mob up. 1 could even fool a mob into doing some very violent and destructive things. (Duh.) To say the orange ones hands are clean is disingenuous.
