The vaccines are not mandatory though. Are people going door to door demanding you get vaccinated? If you don't want vaccines to help end lockdowns then sounds like you just want this pandemic to go on forever

I think you're right, the doomsayers are getting tiresome. I think in two year's time we'll be looking in the rearview and there wont be much in the way of legacy from COVID aside from different vaccine development methods.

I disagree, people have a hard time understanding a threat until it gets very close to impacting them personally. I'm afraid we're about to see more of that in the coming months.
