        Racism isn’t real. It’s an academic concept like sexism or gender. Skin color/ethnicity is just one component of prejudice that all humanity share as a defense mechanism.

        No, no, no, Racism is not dependant on intent, intent may give context and guidance on how to face the racist incident, then again is a hard topic because there is not an objective set of rules delineating what is and isn't racist
