That's not fair to the below-average.

Oh, man! We can't have kids learning lessons such as "some kids are exceptional in some areas of study while others aren't." Way to knock those exceptional kids down a peg or two.

I've been explaining this to my daughter. I also did to her teachers (all female) and they were dumbfounded by what I said. She will NEVER be a programmer because her artistic skills are too high. I would never be an artist because my logic is too high.
