Music is one of the new fields that should be purely based on merit, and free of coerced language, since it is the universal language that binds us all together. It’s sad to see the purity of music ruined by post-modernism. I hope Juilliard heals.

That’s sad. When I was 18 in 1978 and intensely studying violin and piano, my dream was to attend Juilliard. I got sidetracked and became a mental health counselor but my love and continuance of my music studies has never wavered.
