Mining is too blue collar a topic for differently-blue people... If only it was exposed how much ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE and EMISSIONS the mining required for "green" energy costs... The "environmentalists" would be exposed for the frauds they are.

I am sure that solar has not nearly the output of nuclear, but solar and big battery tech constantly improves. If one ramps up enough of it plus hydro and wind from today, what's the math on that?
