When people ask me how I can eat just meat, knowing that we can't feed everyone this way right now, and how privileged I am, etc., I tell them I also insist on drinking clean water, but that I hope we can all have it soon.

To be clear, I don't think everyone needs to avoid plants entirely to be healthy, but ideally everyone should have access to animal source foods!
