Couldn't those differences in economic class, geography, family patterns and culture be downstream from race, especially the US context? In other words, take geography, the reason minority communities are often isolated and under-serviced is at least partly tied to the past.

yes of course that’s part of it!!! but thats no reason that 70% of black dads are out of the house. thats no reason that black kids call others “whitewashed” if they do well in school. It’s like they WANT these differences just so they can keep bitching. We ain’t that different!

Not only is Tony Sewell black, he works in a part of the education system that focuses of improving the lot for young black kids & he’s helped thousands. If you don’t think that he’s suitable, for reasons of bias, who would you suggest?
