I feel letdown they did an investigation. When people feel like the police hunt down a segment of our society our job is to come around those people and find a way for that to be true. Without hunting down people of course. We dont want that.

It's not that. The quality of the report is very poor. It doesn't meet even the basic standards of a critical review. The flaw is in the methodology. Not the outcome

Highlights for me another tragedy of this kind of narrative, which is that a great deal of work done by compassionate people to overcome the prejudices of the past is necessarily swept under the rug in order to claim that progress has not been made or even lost.
