There’s something much older send more deep rooted in us that causes hierarchs to enslave us while we build their pyramids for us. Was the pharaoh a capitalist?https://blind-spots.org/2020/06/03/capitalism-is-bad-for-business/ …

As if inequality was inherent to the world, rather than a construction, eh?

Pareto principle isn't relative to economic structure/freedom. It's relative to human nature/environmental conditions. The type of currency/monetary model (inflationary/deflationary) has much more direct impact.
-
To futher that point. The human nature can be narrowed down to antisocial/sociopathic behaviour stemming from fear of scarcity and amplified by environmental inputs disrupting hormonal signalling to the point of emotional magnification and suppressing the pf cortex (reasoning).

Richard Wolff, Chomsky, and Zizek have literally explained the issue of capitalism being like all past forms of exploitative systems (feudalism, ancient Egypt, Rome, etc) that leads to extreme wealth inequality and destruction of society.

Your entire business model seems to be the lackey for the elitist “divide and conquer” model, by way of firing up the troops to not allow a much-alike neighbour to win as victim. Well-played, but the entirety of humanity will reap what you’re sowing.

He argues that wealth compounds exponentially due to ownership of capital. That is a function of capitalism. Inequality might also exist in other systems, but I see no argument for that here, just completely irrelevant entropy analogies. BTW, your Pareto schtick is such bad logic
-
No, it is the universal logic. An infinite amount of fair trade interactions between equal players always results in the "ultimate Pareto" : one gets it all, all others left with nothing.
