It seems they are asking "how do 'we' fix climate change while maintaining capitalism?" If so, the solution is to stop trying & just let capitalism fix it. Laissez-faire. Just 'cause we can't figure out how voluntary cooperation will fix climate change doesn't mean that it won't.
