But isn’t the SAT a test you can “train” for? Read somewhere that rich kids have betterSAT outcomes because they can afford coaching. Can the same be said for the Mensa test? Genuinely curious. No prior background.

I wrote the SAT 3 x for reasons pertaining to junior hockey and NCAA college admissions. And this was the old test... I think it went 1010, 1170, 1250. I was conditionally admitted to Cornell, Brown & Princeton based on the last two.

I have ADHD inattentive, didn’t find out till I’ve already given up completing my bachelors. But last year I found out I’m HFA. I can’t look at ppl in the eyes when I’m debating so I gaze off behind the person as it clear my mind so as I think I am also feeling the answer.

Now imagine all the talent that doesn't have the means to go to ivy league colleges. Imagine ivy league talent that wasn't primed to succeed. Uncertified talent outside the box? Grigori Perelman comes to mind.
