Not mostly. Completely. Scotland is a white country. A very white one for that matter, with a lot of red haired types and that type of white skin that doesn't tan. SO WHAT????? As a French, SORRY, this man I hear speaking and mimicking the Scottish accent, is NOT Scottish.

I don't think many understand the nuance of your question. Close your eyes and listen to him- he sounds European and Scottish- he is a Scotsman. If you were deaf, you couldn't guess his skin color.
