On the plus side, manslaughter won't exist any more. It will just be murder now. Much simpler dont you think? The judicial process should go MUCH smoother now that we no longer have to prove intent.

Isn't that actually the point of this ? Intent still matters/exists, but just like with murder/manslaughter (both are unacceptable and punished, even if in different manners), prejudice and discrimination against a racial or ethnic group also is never acceptable. Thoughts ?
