Good luck with that one. Akrasia (weakness of will) is one of the most common difficulties there is. A great many Christians report that they made no progress on this front until they were able to enlist the help of the Holy Spirit.

Great point and lived out in my own life. Psychologists / therapists can't do in 100 sessions what The Holy Spirit can do in an instant.

Sometimes what you hate is the most financially beneficial. That is why many people are miserable; and if you do quit doing what you hate, your sense of judgment my become questionable and you go through another phase of dissatisfaction until you prove them wrong.
