I should say the variable for a 2-1 value for Paris would also greatly amplify the 10-1 value for direct investment, which is using the highest social cost of carbon found on Wikipedia 1/2

Bjorn mentioned a 10 cents on the dollar value for Paris which probably uses a similar cost of carbon and discount rate (which I didn't use) as in the direct investment value estimate 2/2
