I've lost 45 pounds, found new hobbies, defeated 2 phobias, lowered my Medication, (Including Clonazepam, and an SSRI -long story,) you changed my whole life.
I say what I feel now. I now embrace confrontation. It terrifies me. But for the 1st time, im proud of myself.
