I have sleep apnea and I use my CPAP nightly. I still have anxiety. Did you consume a lot of caffeine before CPAP therapy? I think caffeine might worsen my anxiety.

This is the first time I heard someone else describing the ‘freeze’ of anxiety. I can relate and understand from bitter experience... hope you feel better soon. The key, I found, was to be open and honest and include the people that matter in your life... all the best!
