I'm a Nurse. In a critical medical situation, I don't get to assess a patient on the basis of gender. They're either male or female. Their life depends on that distinction.

In an emergency situation, when a
patient is bleeding out, she can only have Oneg blood b/c of rhesus factors. If she is on the Pill, her coagulation profiles can be affected. In that situation, I don't give a fuck about her preferred pronoun. - Show replies
