Won't this "adversity score" cause problems in the future? Potential employers won't be getting the 'best' candidates for the jobs. If it's, say a surgeon' I'd being asking them first, where and when did you get your education, before surgery.

This adversity score will be more targeted at ivy league than anything. Making it so that employers will have to focus on hiring only state and non ivy league graduates. This will kill the ivy league colleges because they'll be pumping out unprepared and unskilled trash.
