It's patriarchy that doesnt value men as child carers - in UK men only 1% of men take up paternity leave - why do you think this is?

The best result is for parents to be fairly praised for what they do, with no regard for whether they are a mother or father. Seeing fathers praised just for showing up annoys me as much as the ‘mothers are the best’ rhetoric. Praise what is praiseworthy; it’s not a hard concept.

As someone that grew up without a father, this makes me pretty sad.

Goodness. No significance tests needed:
63% of youth suicides from fatherless homes: x5 times average.
90% of all homeless & runaway children from fatherless homes – x32 times average.
85% of all children with behavior disorders come from fatherless homes x20 average. -
Goodness, or maybe that’s not the right word! Are the stats as dramatic in non USA society? What impact can public health interventions have ?

I know of one child who was separated from their father who tried like four times by the time she was... ten? And the commies wonder why folks don't want The Party to control every aspect of life? I'll give you one hint: like a quarter of my fam died in communist gulag.

Looks like the only toxic masculinity is the absence of masculinity.
