You shouldn’t use the word...encourage. We are drawn to the light naturally.
Don’t give the so called encourager, a pat on the back that he doesn’t deserve. -
Encourage is the proper term. If you feel that the person should not be praised, it is likely that you were not so encouraged. Note of caution: life, itself, encouraged me early, so respond with thought, not emotion, lest you end up turning those emotions against yourself.
