I don't think there should be an implication of finding out what is evil because that is what helps us to find out a solution to that evil in the first place. You acknowledge a problem, you diagnose it and then you find a remedy for it

There is no good and evil, there is only power and strength which creates morality for the weak to survive in a social order/hierarchy provided they offer a useful good/service.

If you are basing this upon Nietzsche then its best to say, that it is conventional morality itself that is the greatest lie;That there is a set of objective dogmas that underlie Right and Wrong. However, evil does exist... and it is usually found in an air of moral superiority.

Good and evil is subjective and we evolved to show empathy in order to propagate our genes and expand the human race. That’s the only reason we interpret bad things happening to humans as evil and vice versa.
