Absolutely agree. I had my first helpful education when I happened upon a book the Five Forces if Wellness by Dr. Mark Hyman. He’s repetitive a bit, but it forces the points home.

Our diet to manage Multiple Sclerosis; wild fish, grass fed meat, greens, berries, butter and coconut milk. The SAD was killing us. Don't buy or consume 95% of what grocery stores carry. It's working.
