There's nothing new in what happened in Grenoble. The situation here is the same as before: poor people living in poor conditions with a bad relation to the police since a long time. And suddenly they have a (stupid) reason to express it. It's not "a bit more", it's "as usual)

As outlined within the youth criminal justice act of Canada. We do it To protect youth from any further humiliation and so it won't affect them after they "grow up," also if they are charged as an Adult, is the only your name is released as a youth offender Not sure about FR/US

It's sad. A friend of mine visited Germany not too long ago and described a place that was very different than the country I visited back in 2012. It's sad to see Europe go to the dumps like this.
