He wasn't acting like a victim. He was asking YT why they are in restricted mode.

I find it incredibly ironic and kind of sad that YouTube allows for voluminous propaganda from brainwashing stations (aka state media TV channels) like Rossiya-1 and China Central Television-1, but won't allow comments on an academic discussion on academic freedom at Cambridge.
