Learning styles is definitely useful, if only based on preference and attention. Maybe not in large classrooms, but in one on one tutoring settings definitely. Kinesthetic learning especially versus audio/visual.

Google it. Basically there's a whole host of issues with it and most serious academics and programs recognize it as problematic (except in education). I'm getting an MS in instructional design and I have my teaching credential, so I've gotten it on both sides (cont)

When people speak of 'multiple intelligences', aren't they referring to brain function in areas other than cognitive ability? Seems legit to me.

I believe the multiple intelligences theory suggests there’s a musical intelligence, kinesthetic intelligence.. where Peterson would suggest (if I’m not misunderstanding) that these are skills like being good at dancing. Intelligence is a separate and measurable thing

As far as I know there are no studies that proved nlp to be any more effective than common self development strategies. And some aspects of nlp might have been disproven. There's a paper called '35 years of research on nlp' or sth like that which talks about how scientific nlp is
