in NZ, the suicide rate is pretty much even in urban and rural communities. there's hardly any difference. but we might be different than other countries because our suicide rate in general is so ridiculously high.

'Isolated ' is the key word . Not just geographically or economically . The lonely , distant , and cold 'concrete jungle ' of urban unemployment or poverty.
