I just had to fill out a survey for the California Bat. It asked me to specify my gender and to check all boxes that apply (including two-spirit.) There was a similar question asking about my sexual orientation. In the blank I said it was none of their business.

Regulatory capture by the left at the state level is normal in environmental issues. Just ask for science data on permeability of local crushed stone roads, a small but important issue in agriculture. Very hard to put them down because they are supposedly impermeable says left

I'm an attorney in the US and at one of the CLE courses I attended last year there was a lengthy diversity and inclusion presentation. If compelled diversity statements become required, they will have to take my license. I will never submit to any of this authoritarian garbage.
